Nordic Padel is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Community & Events Coordinator to join our team on a Monday to Friday, part-time basis (6 hours per day). The role is based at our indoor padel club in Tullamarine, just 20 minutes from Melbourne CBD.

This is a dynamic, hands-on position ideal for someone with a passion for sport, community engagement, and digital marketing. You’ll take the lead on social media strategy and content creation, coordinate and promote events, and develop initiatives to increase daytime activity at the club.

You’ll also manage reception duties during the week - welcoming players, handling bookings, and ensuring a friendly and professional experience for all visitors. In addition, you'll work closely with padel brands, sponsors, schools, businesses, and other partners to support club growth and maintain strong community and industry relationships.
