Due to expansion Dreams Gymnastics Club are looking for WAG Coaches. We have positions across our competitive program for state level and national level coaches (level 3-8) we are also in search of Recreational coaches. Part time, Full time and Casual considered. Salary/hourly rate dependent on experience.
We are looking for committed and enthusiastic coaches who will build professional relationships with families and our gymnasts.
WAG Coaching roles: The successful candidates will have previous experience in competitive coaching, be self-driven & motivated to provide a high-quality program in a safe & fun environment.
Must be able to use your initiative and have new ideas to help develop our gymnasts and for them to acheive their goals.
The position requires an energetic and motivated person who is not afraid to use his or her own ideas and initiative within their Squad.
Must be keen to learn and develop and must be fun, energetic and able to keep the children's best interests in mind.
Recreational coaches:
Must be fun, energetic, keen to learn and have confidnce in taking control of the class. We would also like passionate individuals who would like to help recreational children further their skills.
