About the Role

We are looking for experienced Swimming Instructors to join our Learn to Swim team.
You’ll teach swimming lessons, working with children of different ages and abilities.
This role suits someone who is confident, friendly, and has at least 2 years' experience teaching swimming.

 Key Details

• Casual role, based in Crawley, Perth
• Must enjoy working with kids and have strong communication skills
• Lessons follow a set curriculum and safety is always the top priority

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience teaching swimming
• Strong skills working with children
• Positive, reliable, and patient
• Able to handle small issues and support young swimmers’ progress

Essential Requirements

• Current Australian - recognised swimming instructor qualification
• Current Bronze Medallion
• First Aid and CPR certificates
• Working with Children Check
• National Police Clearance

Bonus if you have

• Additional swimming teaching experience
• A coaching licence (e.g. Bronze Coaching Licence or equivalent)
• Experience teaching advanced or mini-squad swimmers
