In recent seasons, Xavier has reinforced its standing as a top-tier rowing school, with our First VIII placing second at the last two APS Head of the River Regattas, a Year 10 VIII placing fourth nationally at the 2025 Australian Rowing Championships, and our Year 9 crews producing dominant performances at the 2025 Head of the River. This is an opportunity to lead a program already known for excellence and poised for even greater success.

We are seeking a professional, driven, and inspiring coach to lead the Xavier College First VIII and oversee the Senior Rowing Program. This is a key leadership position within the sport program, responsible not only for coaching at the highest level, but also shaping the vision, development, and culture of rowing at Xavier.

The successful candidate will bring elite coaching experience, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to the values and educational mission of Xavier College.
