Reporting to the President and Board of Squash NSW, the General Manager / Chief Executive Officer will provide leadership and vision to the Squash NSW Membership with a focus on:
Enhancing the profile of squash in NSW
Building sustainability based on sound performance and commercial principles
Building and maintaining relationships with clubs, members, academies, volunteers and other stakeholders to understand their needs to help move the sport forward
Supporting programs to sustain and increase participation and junior pathways
Maintain, develop and create squash facilities
Support clubs and organisations to retain, improve and expand facilities and membership
