Splash Smart swim school is seeking an experienced and passionate learn-to-swim teacher to deliver fun lessons in private swimming pools in the CBD and nearby suburbs.

Splash Smart has been operating since 2023 and provides private swimming lessons in swimmer’s home pools. This specialised service requires excellent customer service skills and the flexibility to teach water-safe skills to people with all abilities and in all aquatic environments.

The ideal candidate is somebody who is hardworking, driven, and always willing to learn.

What you’ll do:

• Travel quickly between locations carrying a kickboard, a towel and other small sink toys and goggles.
• Deliver personalised swimming lessons in private pools to a range of ages and abilities
• Help communicating directly with clients to schedule lessons
• Bring a smile and a fun way for swimmers to learn so that enjoyment stays at the focus of the customer experience

What you’ll bring:

• An AUSTSWIM Licence
• 2+ years teaching experience at a swim school/swim schools
• Experience teaching a range of ages and abilities
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communication
• Preferred experience as a competitive swimmer (Club swimming, Open Water, or Triathlon)
