Sydney FC have three internships available over the coming season to learn and assist in our Membership Department.
Please note: You MUST be currently studying a relevant tertiary course with required work placement hours. Applications not meeting this requirement will be rejected.
You will receive training in:
Understanding Sydney FC's Membership, Stadium and Seating policies
Full instruction on the Membership software
Processing Memberships
Customer Service
Game Day implementation
Skills Required
Excellent Computer Skills
Great Social skills, phone and in person
Positive and friendly attitude
Knowledge of football
Previous experience with a CMS/CRM system a bonus but not a pre-requisite

Hours required
120 Contact hours
80 Office hours over 13 weeks August - October
40 Game Days hours October-April.
Final sign-off of completion of internship will only be provided in April 2026.
Interns must be undertaking a course relevant to the position, i.e. Sports Management or Business Management, and have a requirement or recommendation for Internship as part of their course. If you are only in your first year speak to your course advisor, this internship can qualify for your second year requirements.
Interns will receive a detailed summary of experiences to assist with future employment.
