How you can play a part

The Multimedia Designer is a key creative contributor within the Brisbane Broncos Marketing & Digital team. The role is responsible for delivering visually compelling and brand consistent creative across all facets of the Club’s communications including traditional and digital campaign assets, social media content and match-day marketing collateral, signage and point-of-sale. The key accountabilities for this role are:

  • Conceptualise and deliver engaging digital and print designs for marketing, in-store branding, events and Club wide collateral
  • Create graphics for the Club website, social media, EDMs and external digital platforms
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with the Club’s brand strategy and maintains consistency across departments and platforms
  • Perform high-quality image retouching, contouring and editing for promotional and digital use
  • Work closely with the multimedia team and stakeholders to meet design briefs, create presentations and maintain high visual standards
  • Prepare print ready files, manage external printing processes and stay up to date with design trends and tools

To be considered

To be considered for this opportunity you will have

  • Tertiary qualifications in design, or communications with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and work management tools (eg: Asana)
  • 2-5 years’ experience in a multimedia or graphic design role, ideally in a fast-paced or sports environment, with experience delivering across social media platforms and managing competing priorities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines autonomously, with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to quality output
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset and the ability work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Passion for sport, high personal integrity, professionalism, adaptability and a proactive solutions-focused approach to challenges
