We are seeking a motivated and experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team on a permanent part-time or casual basis. The successful candidate should have a passion for coaching with opportunities in youth athlete-development, performance coaching and adult training groups. Reporting to the Head of Strength and Conditioning, you will be responsible for coaching, programming, and testing for a network of motivated athletes. Engagement in our ongoing professional development and opportunities for collaboration with local sporting clubs, as well as our existing run & athletic development squads, is key to this role and experience with running and/ or track & field is an advantage. Applicants should be available to commence in November of 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a high level of coaching service during existing session times throughout the week.
Develop programs for athletes based on their sporting goals and readiness for training.
Perform initial testing and assessments, utilizing VALD testing software.
Coach squads and teams for running and pitch/ field sports.
Collaborate and liaise with other coaches and physiotherapists to ensure a high level of program delivery.
