The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles are seeking two dedicated and driven Strength & Conditioning Coaches, to lead physical performance programs for our Jersey Flegg (U21s) and Harold Matthews (U17s) squads ahead of the 2026 season.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver periodised strength and conditioning programs aligned with squad needs and individual development plans.
• Conduct performance testing, monitoring, and reporting across key physical benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with coaching staff, physiotherapists, and medical teams to optimise athlete performance and injury prevention.
• Supervise gym sessions, field conditioning, and recovery protocols.
• Manage GPS and wellness monitoring systems, and maintain accurate performance data.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Exercise and Sports Science or related field (Postgraduate qualifications desirable).
• ASCA Level 1 (minimum), Level 2 preferred.
• First Aid & CPR (current).
• Experience in a high-performance sporting environment (Rugby League or comparable sport preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Availability for weekday training sessions, weekend games, and pre-season commencing November 2025.

• Experience with youth athletic development.
• Familiarity with GPS technology and athlete management systems.
• Passion for player development and contributing to a strong club culture.
