Surrey Park Swimming is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Coach to support our coaching team, inspire our swimmers, and build on our proud legacy of over 120 years as one of Victoria’s premier swim clubs.

Reporting to the Head Coah, the position is full time with time on pool deck working across the State, National, and High Performance Squads, combined with time spent coordinating and overseeing Club activities, and attendance at swim meets.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced coach and/or former High Performance swimmer who has excellent organisational and communication skills, who has a passion for swimming and the community, excellent attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience coaching athletes across a broad range of abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of swimming technique, strokes and training methods
