The Northern Football Netball League is seeking a CEO to lead one of Melbourne’s most vibrant community sporting organisations. With 450+ teams, 10,000+ players, and 430 umpires, NFNL delivers safe, inclusive, and professional football and netball competitions - and we’re more than a league, we’re a community.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team of staff, officials, and volunteers.
• Shape and deliver the League’s strategic vision for growth and excellence.
• Build strong partnerships with clubs, AFL Victoria, Netball Victoria, government, sponsors, and community stakeholders.
• Ensure top-tier governance, financial stewardship, and operational performance.
• Champion pathways for players, coaches, umpires, and volunteers.

About You:

• Proven track record in strategic leadership, people management, and business growth.
• Strong understanding of community sport, governance, and financial oversight.
• Exceptional communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder.
• Passionate about inclusion, participation, and volunteer engagement.
• Collaborative, transparent, and results driven.

Desirable: Experience in football or netball governance, community engagement, or peak sporting organisations.
