AusDBF is seeking a Participation Coordinator to broaden and increase dragon boat participation pathways and numbers 'paddling to achieve 10,000'. The role will continue to strengthen inclusiveness and deliver programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. 

The Participation Coordinator will be responsible to:

• Manage participation funding initiatives with Member States
• Continue to foster relationships with external stakeholders such as Pride in Sport, Disability Sports Australia and Invictus Australia 
• Identify opportunities to promote Paradragon as a pathway
• Provide support for University Team Development
• Maintain resources for coach, race official, and sweep resources
• Provide coordination for clubs attending IDBF Club Crew World Championships
• Provide support and coordination for Team Australia campaigns
• Undertake minute taking for a select number of AusDBF Committees
• Work positively with other AusDBF staff, Board, internal and external stakeholders
