We are seeking a motivated, committed individual to join our VFLW coaching team for 2026. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of football strategy and a passion for developing athletes. You’ll need excellent interpersonal skills and a strong desire to mentor players in a way that fosters both personal growth and team success. You will play an essential part in helping the Darebin Falcons VFLW team compete at the highest state level, while contributing to the empowerment of women and girls in sport.
