We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Community Coaches to deliver Sydney FC football programs in schools, clubs, and holiday clinics throughout the year.

Role Overview

The Sydney FC Community Coach plays a key role in delivering participation programs that promote fun, inclusivity, and skill development. Coaches will represent Sydney FC in the community and help create positive experiences for young players aged 5-18. You don’t need to be an elite player, you are just passionate about working with young players, reliable, and keen to grow as a coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Sydney FC coaching sessions across:
  • School’s programs
  • In-Club Training Programs
  • Holiday Clinics
  • Skills Training Programs
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment for all participants.
• Implement Sydney FC session plans and coaching methodology.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, teachers, and club officials.
• Arrive prepared and on time with appropriate equipment and appearance.
• Represent Sydney FC with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong customer service.
• Assist with program set-up, pack-down, and basic administration as required.
