About the Role

Reporting to the Events & Game Day Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, delivering and executing the club's diverse minor events portfolio while providing crucial operational support to the club’s commercial functions including game day. This role spans everything from member meet and greets to Titans Netball events, staff functions, and major gala occasions.

This is a full-time, permanent position. Due to the nature of professional sport, flexibility to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays will be required for events and gamedays.

Key Responsibilities

As our Events Executive, you'll be bringing our club community together through memorable experiences. Your day to day will look like...

• Leading the planning, delivery and execution of the club's minor events portfolio (25-30+ events annually) including member and staff events, Titans Netball functions, post match gatherings, corporate activations and community engagement activities
• Managing all event logistics from vendor sourcing and RSVP coordination through to bump in/out and operational run sheets
• Coordinating Titans Netball events including season launch, annual awards night, school competitions and clinics, in consultation with the Program Manager
• Working with marketing and creative teams to ensure all events align with club brand guidelines
• Supporting key commercial partnerships through initiatives such as the Macca's Mini League program, including coordination with junior clubs, draw completion and gameday requirements
• Coordinating the club facility tour process and club ambassador visits throughout the season

• Acting as primary point of contact for our game day volunteers, managing their training, briefings, uniforms, accreditation and event day support
• Assisting with gameday operational delivery including accreditation processes, parking and access management, and ball kids program coordination.

In addition, you will collaborate closely with the Events & Game Day Manager on major club events including season launch, awards functions and other gala events.

About You

You bring previous experience in event coordination or event management, combined with strong project management and organisational skills. Your ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously sets you apart, while your excellent vendor management and attention to detail ensures seamless event delivery.

You're a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills who can build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Previous operational experience in a sporting organisation or high performance environment is desirable, as is demonstrated knowledge of rugby league. You'll also need a current Working with Children check and Driver's Licence for this position.
