• Build and nurture strong, strategic relationships with commercial partners and suppliers.
• Deliver rights and benefits with precision and creativity, ensuring partners see real value.
• Co-create fan-first campaigns that resonate and inspire.
• Collaborate with procurement partners on dynamic and compelling proposals for new partners
• Oversee in-venue commercial signage programs and support philanthropic initiatives that make a difference.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of partnership management experience in sport or entertainment.
• A proven ability to manage sensitive sponsorships with discretion and professionalism.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Calm under pressure, resourceful, and deadline-driven.
• A growth mindset, always looking for better ways to deliver impact.
