Ivanhoe Cricket Club is a proud and growing community cricket club with strong junior and senior programs competing in the Victorian Sub District Competition. The Role

We are seeking an organised, enthusiastic, and proactive Operations and Events Assistant. This volunteer role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth delivery of events, matches, and programs throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with the Head of Operations & Events, you will:

• Assist with player registration and matchday preparation for senior and junior teams.
• Support training and gameday operations, including set-up/pack-down duties.
• Provide assistance in junior cricket programs, including Woolworths Cricket Blast
• Liaise with parents, team managers, and coaches to ensure smooth communication.
• Help coordinate club events from planning through to delivery, including fundraising and social functions.
• Assist with facilities management, ensuring clubrooms and grounds are ready for use.

This volunteer role also has the ability and flexibility to make it want you want it to be, to ensure it helps progress you in your future career endeavours.
