Cumbre Sports Facility is on the hunt for a Competitions & Programs Coordinator to be right in the thick of the action.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can juggle fixtures, manage people, solve problems on the fly and still deliver an awesome experience for every player who walks through the doors.

What you’ll be doing

• Running competitions, leagues, tournaments and events
• Creating fixtures, ladders and schedules that actually work
• Being the go-to person on game nights (players, refs, chaos - you handle it)
• Coordinating referees, coaches and casual staff
• Delivering fun, inclusive programs like clinics, school sport and holiday programs

• You’ve worked in sport competitions or programs before
• You’re organised, confident and cool under pressure
• You love people and know how to keep things running smoothly
