About the Role
The High Performance Coordinator - Lead plays a key leadership role in driving the operational excellence of the High Performance Department. You will lead a small team of Coordinators, oversee the systems and processes that support program delivery, and ensure our daily training environment runs smoothly and consistently across all sports.

You’ll work closely with coaches, performance support staff and senior leaders to troubleshoot issues, refine systems, manage departmental priorities and contribute to building a world-class environment where athletes can thrive. From coordinating key projects and meetings through to onboarding new staff and driving continuous improvement, this role is central to the effectiveness of our high-performance operations.

- Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy
- Are confident using Microsoft 365, with the ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly
- Are motivated by helping others succeed and contributing to a positive, connected culture
Experience in the sporting sector is an advantage but not essential - what matters most is your leadership capability, operational strength and your alignment with our values.
