About the Role
The Administration Coordinator provides essential administrative and coordination support across assigned sport programs. You’ll be responsible for managing key processes, maintaining accurate systems and ensuring communication flows smoothly between athletes, coaches and staff.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to busy environments, can confidently manage multiple demands and builds positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Both full time and part time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate, and we encourage experienced administrators seeking flexibility to apply.
Internally, this position is known as the Sports Program Coordinator. Sport specific knowledge is not required – training and support will be provided.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate administrative processes that support athlete scholarship programs
- Arrange logistics such as travel bookings, schedules, program activities and event coordination
- Organise program meetings - preparing agendas, recording minutes and tracking actions
- Maintain accurate records and data within internal systems
- Communicate effectively with coaches, Program Managers, athletes and support staff
- Monitor compliance requirements and provide timely updates
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative systems, documents and workflows
- Support the broader High Performance team as required

You are a capable and experienced administrator who enjoys supporting others and keeping complex operations running smoothly.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:

- Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Solid capability using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- A proactive, dependable and solutions focused approach
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in a sporting environment is not required - your administration skills are what matter most.
