The Technical Director is a key position responsible for leading and overseeing the Club’s end-to-end football development and performance pathways. The role facilitates the implementation and monitoring of a consistent competency-based curriculum across all teams, high coaching standards, an evidence-based and transparent selection and promotion framework, and integrated specialist programs (GK, S&C and performance analysis/video) that produce capable players and sustainable football outcomes.
Importantly, the Technical Director will make a key contribution to the Club’s culture, governance, and safety standards.
