About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the Panthers’ merchandise and retail operations, playing a key role in driving revenue, enhancing brand presence, and delivering a seamless customer experience across all channels.
As the Merchandise & Licensing Executive, you will be responsible for:
Delivering exceptional customer service standards across all retail touchpoints
Coordinating staff rostering, training, and day-to-day team operations
Managing retail operations across the Club store, online shop, and game day outlets
Leading visual merchandising, store presentation, and promotional displays
Overseeing e-commerce operations, including online sales and order fulfilment
Managing game day retail activations, including pop-up outlets and merchandise van operations
Monitoring sales performance and contributing to achieving budget targets
Preparing sales reports and analysing trends to inform business decisions
Managing stock control, forecasting, ordering, and stocktake processes
Liaising with suppliers, Purchasing, IT and Finance to ensure accurate product setup and reporting
Supporting the planning and execution of promotions, product launches, and campaigns
Collaborating with the Marketing team to maximise sales and brand exposure
Essential Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in retail, merchandise, or a similar commercial environment
Demonstrated experience in e-commerce platforms and online retail operations
Strong sales acumen with a focus on driving revenue outcomes
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities
High level communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with POS systems, stock management and reporting tools (preferred)
Flexibility to work weekends, game days and events as required
