About the Role

Reporting to the Retail & Merchandise Manager, this role supports the delivery of the Club’s retail and merchandise operations across game days, retail outlets, and online channels.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, strong stock control, and a high quality customer experience, while contributing to the ongoing growth of our retail program.

This is a full time role, with weekend and game day work required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support game day merchandise operations, including set up, sales reconciliation, and staff coordination
  • Assist with day to day retail shop operations, including stock management and presentation
  • Manage stock control processes including inventory, transfers, and returns
  • Maintain stock systems and support product range planning
  • Update and manage the Shopify e-commerce platform and product listings
  • Analyse sales and inventory data to support decision making
  • Assist with merchandise launches and promotions
  • Support internal merchandise requests and fulfilment
  • Coordinate casual staff rosters, timesheets, and training
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

About You

  • Experience in retail, merchandise, or customer service
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and proactive approach
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability
  • Shopify or e-commerce experience (desirable)
  • Current driver’s licence (essential)
  • Availability to work weekends and game days
