About the Role
Join the Yarra Leisure Membership Experience Team as a Membership Services Officer. The role of the Membership Services Officer is to adequately track membership sales, trends, processes and retention figures, assist the Customer Experience Team Leader and act as centre host, conducting sales during opening hours.
Yarra Leisure operates five facilities: Collingwood Leisure Centre, Fitzroy Swimming Pool, Richmond Recreation Centre, Collingwood Estate Gym and Burnley Golf Course.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a candidate with experience in customer service to help deliver outcomes in Yarra Leisure's Member Experience team. This may include a range of reception tasks, data tracking, assisting in member events, answering enquiries in person, via email and over the phone.
