About the Role
As Ticketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering all customer operations requirements, including the planning and execution of ticketing and membership activities.
This role is a 12-month fixed term parental leave cover.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the Ticketing program including pricing strategy, operational plans, event builds, seat configurations, allocations, on-sale schedule, entitlement management and access control
- Manage day-to-day operations of the customer operations team, providing leadership and guidance ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do
- Collaborate with marketing to manage operational membership and ticketing communication, crowd build and membership growth initiatives
- Manage membership and ticketing requirements across the club with all internal stakeholders
- Provide recommendations and implement solutions to improve the membership and ticketing product offerings and create a seamless process for members to access games
- Coordinate the allocation and reporting of internal and external stakeholder ticketing requirements
- Monitor, improve and document department process and procedures
- Ensure adherence to all legal policies including membership terms & conditions, privacy policy etc.
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer operations, preferably in membership and/or ticketing
- Extensive technical experience in CRM, ticketing or membership software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to create annual operational plans
- High level reporting and forecast skills
- Ability to work flexible hours across 7 days during the football season
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to improve experiences for the customer
- Mature minded, and able to interact confidently with people at all levels
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all internal and external communications with a specific focus on personalised service
