Lead our VFLW program & help shape the future of women's football. Develop players & coaches, build a connected & competitive list, and work collaboratively across the AFLW, VFLW & talent pathway programs to drive alignment & growth. This is a season-long contract opportunity requiring a commitment to two training sessions each week & matchdays.
