The Opportunity
Williamstown Football Club is seeking a dynamic, values-driven and commercially astute Chief Executive Officer to lead the Club through its next phase of growth and performance.
Reporting directly to the Board, the CEO will provide strategic leadership across football operations, commercial growth, stakeholder engagement, people and culture, hospitality operations, and community connection.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the Club’s strategic direction and operational priorities
- Drive commercial growth across sponsorship, partnerships, membership and hospitality operations
- Oversee the Club’s financial performance and long-term sustainability
- Build strong relationships with the AFL, VFL, government, sponsors, members and community stakeholders
- Foster a high-performance and values-driven culture across the organisation
- Support ongoing football success across VFL and VFLW programs
- Lead and support the Club’s hospitality and venue operations, including Newport Social and Seaview
About You
The successful candidate will bring proven senior leadership experience, strong commercial capability, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to lead within a complex and community-focused environment.
Experience within sport, entertainment, hospitality, membership-based organisations, or community organisations will be highly regarded.
