In conjunction with the Head of Operations, ensure the program community—staff, students, and parents—operates in total alignment with the College’s vision, mission, and values.

Oversee a rigorous performance review framework for all coaches, ensuring detailed record-keeping and alignment with College standards and required certifications (WWCC, First Aid, etc.).
