AusCycling is seeking a Content & Communications Specialist to join our Marketing, Media & Communications team.
The Content and Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating content which engages new and existing audiences with our many events, initiatives and programs.
You will create content for multiple channels across disciplines including mountain bike, BMX, Para cycling, road cycling and track cycling.
You will also have the opportunity to create content around our many grassroots programs, with creative licence to drive always-on content that showcases our athletes, clubs and organisation.
You must be a self-starter who has confidence and sound skills in digital and social media, community management, content creation, content writing, basic graphic design and video editing.
The Content and Communications Specialist will also have experience in working with external media - both at events and in their day-to-day role - driving new media opportunities, photo shoots, pitching ideas, managing enquiries and interviews.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is already part of the cycling or riding community, or has an interest and understanding of the sport, or is an up-and-coming content specialist with sporting or other relevant experience.
