About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Partnership Manager, the Partnership Executive plays a key support role within the Commercial team, assisting in the day-to-day servicing and delivery of the Club’s commercial partnerships.
This role is responsible for supporting a diverse portfolio of partners, ensuring the efficient and timely execution of agreed rights and benefits. Working closely with the Senior Partnership Manager, Head of Partnerships and broader internal teams, the Partnership Executive helps deliver strong partner experiences while building foundational skills in partnership management and activation.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management and servicing of a portfolio of commercial partners
- Planning and delivery of partner rights and benefits, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Maintain regular, proactive communication with partners, building positive and long-term relationships
- Coordinate internal requests with key departments (Hospitality, Marketing, Digital, Membership, Events, Merchandise) to ensure partner deliverables are executed efficiently
- Planning and execution of partner activations, campaigns and game day experiences
- Prepare reports and presentations to track partnership performance and deliverables
- Support with the renewal and retention of key partner accounts
- Identifying upsell opportunities where appropriate to enhance partner value
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner activity, assets and communications in the Clubs CRM system
- Demonstrate alignment with Club values in all interactions and outputs
About You
- 1-2 years’ experience in a corporate servicing, account coordination or similar role
- Exposure to sport, partnerships, events or marketing environments (desirable)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Communications or similar (not essential)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes and systems
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively
- Flexibility to work gamedays and events which may include evenings, weekends or public holidays
