  • Appointment Type: Full time (38 hours), permanent position
  • Location: Wallumattagal Campus, North Ryde, Dharug land

THE ROLE

Our administrative team is a key function within our centre. As our Administration Officer you would be:

  • Responding to member queries and complaints including but not limited to memberships, billing matters, government vouchers and health fund receipts.
  • Processing a variety of financial transactions ensuring currency, compliance and accuracy.
  • Processing and reporting membership data, venue utilisation and visitation statistics.
  • Contributing to administrative process improvements and projects.
  • Administering inventory and supplies, including uniforms and stationery.
  • Providing confidential support to the MUSAC team as required.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • Previous experience in an administration or customer service role,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint,
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets to support business decisions,
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills,
  • Proven attention to detail, and
  • Working knowledge of Envibe CRM is highly regarded.

*** This role requires a criminal history check, a First Aid and CPR certificate.

Macquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre (MUSAC) is a multi-purpose venue designed to help meet all the health, fitness and sporting needs of our members and guests. Our facilities include a 6-lane heated indoor pool, and an 8-lane outdoor heated Olympic-sized swimming pool. The centre features a fully equipped health club, group fitness classes, squash courts, gymnastics / aquatics programs and social sports.

Macquarie University Sport Fields operates 7 days a week, our facilities include 5 professional playing fields which accommodates a variety of events, stadium lighting, canteen and BBQ areas, and change rooms.
