Description

Aspley Hornets Football Club is seeking a passionate and motivated Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our QAFL Football Program for the 2027 season.

Working with our Senior Men, Reserves and Colts, you will be responsible for planning and delivering strength and conditioning programs, supporting injury prevention and rehabilitation, and helping maximise player performance throughout the season.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience in strength and conditioning, preferably within Australian Rules Football or team sports.
  • Qualifications in Exercise Science, Human Movement or a related field (preferred).
  • Current First Aid, CPR and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for athlete development and high-performance environments.

This is a part-time, seasonal position, requiring attendance at training sessions and Saturday match days.
