The roles

In line with our key priority of best-practice governance, we are currently recruiting for two independent board members leading our finance, audit, procurement and compliance strategy.

Responsibilities 

• The preparation and integrity of GRNSW  financial accounts and statements 
• internal controls, policies and procedures that GRNSW  uses to identify and manage business 
• GRNSW insurance activities
• qualifications, independence, engagement, fees and performance of the external auditor (External Auditor)
• External Auditor’s annual audit of GRNSW  financial statements
• Risk management processes 
• GRNSW compliance with legal, regulatory requirements and compliance policies

Committee positions are voluntary, and most meetings are held monthly via video conference. 

Eligibility 

To be eligible a candidate must: 

• Agree to be bound by the Committee Terms of Reference and GRNSW policies Finance,
• Risk, Audit, Procurement and Governance.
• Have experience as CPA or Senior Account Lead and Governance.
