About the Role:

As a Membership Intern, you'll provide support across membership administration, engagement initiatives, sales campaigns, and club operations. You'll gain exposure to a range of business functions while helping deliver exceptional experiences for our members and supporters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support membership administration and operational activities.
  • Assist with outbound membership sales and retention campaigns.
  • Engage with existing and prospective members via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of member events and game day activations.
  • Help coordinate membership communications and campaign activities.
  • Attend meetings and contribute ideas to team discussions and projects.
  • Learn and use industry-standard systems and digital tools.
  • Assist with additional projects and tasks as required.

What You'll Learn:

  • Membership and fan engagement within professional sport.
  • Customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Sales and relationship-building techniques.

About You:

  • Professional in their approach and presentation.

Desirable:

  • Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Sport Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience.

Availability

  • Days and hours to be discussed with the successful candidate.
  • Based across Wests Tigers office locations and game day/event sites as required.
  • Occasional evening and weekend availability may be required.

Requirements

  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one, if required).
