As a Membership Intern, you'll provide support across membership administration, engagement initiatives, sales campaigns, and club operations. You'll gain exposure to a range of business functions while helping deliver exceptional experiences for our members and supporters.
Key Responsibilities:
Support membership administration and operational activities.
Assist with outbound membership sales and retention campaigns.
Engage with existing and prospective members via phone, email, and digital channels.
Assist in the planning and delivery of member events and game day activations.
Help coordinate membership communications and campaign activities.
Attend meetings and contribute ideas to team discussions and projects.
Learn and use industry-standard systems and digital tools.
Assist with additional projects and tasks as required.

Days and hours to be discussed with the successful candidate.
Based across Wests Tigers office locations and game day/event sites as required.
Occasional evening and weekend availability may be required.
