Adelaide Jaguars WFC is the largest female only football (soccer) club in South Australia. Over the past 3 years our club has experienced over 300% growth in playing membership and provided opportunities for women and girls of all ages and all levels of skill to to play 'The Beautiful Game'. We have a strong , positive culture and are proud to invest 100% of our resources into the development and performance of women and girls.
With a $5 million purpose built facility on the horizon for our female only club, it is an exciting to be 'A Jag".
As our community continues to grow, Adelaide Jaguars is expanding administrative roles across the club to help support operations.
We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible bookkeeper to assist with keeping our finances organised and running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a great opportunity to support women in sport and give back to our passionate, community-driven club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing payments and tracking expenses
- Maintaining accurate financial records
About You:
- Previous bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in XERO
- Strong attention to detail with highly accurate data entry skills
- Independent thinker with proven problem solving ability
- Possess a Police Clearance, or willing to obtain one
