Collegians Football Club is seeking an ambitious Senior Men’s Coach to lead our return to the VAFA’s Premier A competition and build sustained success.

Following an undefeated 2026 Premier B premiership season, the Club enters 2027 with a talented young playing group, strong depth and a thriving football program. Our Reserves finished just one point short of a premiership, while our Under 19s claimed the flag.

One year into a five-year strategic plan, with significant facilities upgrades underway and a strong school pathway, Collegians offers the opportunity to shape a football program over the longer term.

About the role

The successful candidate will:

• Develop and deliver a clear football plan for 2027 and beyond.
• Lead and support a strong coaching team.
• Develop young players and strengthen our talent pathways.
• Establish high standards while preserving the enjoyment and community spirit of amateur football.
• Support recruitment, player welfare and retention.

About you

We are looking for someone with senior coaching experience, a strong understanding of VAFA football and a clear coaching philosophy. You will bring strong leadership, communication and relationship skills, a proven ability to develop players, and connections across the broader football community.
