This course covers the essentials skills required for meeting operational business requirements as part of the golf industry, incorporating financial management approaches both at the planning and implemental stage as well as evaluating the effectives of processes within your organisation. This module also includes the knowledge to assist the development and implementation of operational plans enabling efficient and effective workplace practices to be developed.
Ideal for those who are required to manage the work of others and have responsibility for the effective use of financial resources within their teams.
It covers the skills and knowledge required to undertake financial management and ensure organisational productivity and profitability.

Entry requirements:
- Be 18+ years of age at time of enrolment
- Successful completion of LLN Assessment test with the PGA Institute
