This course covers customer service delivery in the golf industry, maintaining high level customer service in a team environment and how you can deliver quality products and services.  Ideal for those looking to establish customer requirements and how to implement customer needs into the organisational plans.  

It covers the skills and knowledge required to develop strategies to manage organisational systems that ensure products and services are delivered and maintained to best practice in the golfing industry.  

At the conclusion of training, students will be able to: 

  • Establish customer requirements
  • Deliver quality products and services
  • Conduct evaluation of customer service delivery  

Module Inclusions:  

  • Study of the unit of Competency – BSBOPS505 Manage organisational customer service
  • Student access to PGA e-learning platform – eHub for a 3-month period  
  • Assessor Support – 3-month period  
  • Statement of Attainment at successful completion of unit assessment 

Entry requirements: 

  • Be 18+ years of age at time of enrolment 
  • Successful completion of LLN Assessment test with the PGA Institute
