Display and carry out the character and values that represent the NSW Rugby Union
Posses specific technical knowledge of individual and team principles including techniques and coaching trends
Have effective interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders including athletes, management, program coordinators and administrators
Able to effectively contribute to a team and work towards achieving outcomes
Able to travel locally, domestically and internationally for both competition and training purposes
Be extremely reliable, punctual and thorough
Able to commit to the training and competition requirements
Demonstrate confident and effective communication and presentation skills
Experience
Strength & conditioning coaching experience at a semi professional or state level through the Country Rugby Union, Sydney Rugby Union or any NSW Rugby Union player pathways
(Coaches that are already appointed to coaching roles within these pathways are able to apply)
Demonstrated experience developing athletes in a performance based rugby union environment
Qualification Requirements
Current ASCA Level 2 and above coaching accreditation is essential
