We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic General Manager to lead our organisation’s day-to-day operations and guide the delivery of high-quality competitions, athlete pathways, and participant services. A key focus will be on expanding participation across all age groups and abilities, strengthening relationships with clubs and community groups, enhancing volunteer engagement, and fostering pathways for players, coaches, and officials.
The successful candidate will demonstrate proven leadership in sport or recreation management, strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a forward-thinking approach to operational planning, marketing, and program delivery. Experience in financial oversight, strategic business planning, and team development will also be highly regarded. A current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and a clear understanding of child-safe principles are essential.
A competitive salary and conditions will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
