O’Neills Sportswear seeks a talented in-house videographer/photographer/editor to create engaging, compelling sports content to support our key club partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
Photography and Videography Production:
Capture high-quality photography and videography at sports games, training sessions, studio shoots and other events
Utilise advanced techniques in composition, lighting, and framing to create visually stunning content that aligns with brand messaging
Creative Direction:
Develop and execute creative concepts for photography and video projects, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance visual storytelling techniques
Editing and Post-Production:
Manage the editing process, using software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro to produce polished final products
Ensure all visual content meets high-quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines
Scheduling and posting
Create, organise and execute a consistent social media calendar
Schedule and post content across multiple platforms, utilising social media management tools to ensure timely and coordinated posts
Content Strategy and Performance Analysis:
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to define content needs and distribution strategies
Monitor and analyse engagement metrics related to visual content, using insights to refine strategies and improve audience engagement
Project Management:
Organise and manage all aspects of content creation, including scheduling shoots, managing equipment, and ensuring timely delivery of projects
Work to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Use of programs such as Iconosquare, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp and Kalaviyo
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work
Experience creating social media strategies, planning schedules & writing captions
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, lighting techniques, and equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting kits)
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Passion for sports
Apparel photography, sports & drone videography experience is a bonus
