Your Role: Internal Sales Administrator Superstar
As an integral part of our team, you’ll be the face of our customer service - the first point of contact that makes sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll enjoy a variety of tasks and challenges, while being supported by an energetic and collaborative team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Sales & Service: Manage showroom, phone, email, and web inquiries with care, process orders, and provide tailored solutions that delight our clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Art, Production and Warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional quality results.
- Product Knowledge: Stay ahead of the game by learning about our latest products and offering clients expert advice.
- Marketing Support: Help manage showroom displays, keeping everything fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Variety: Take on ad-hoc tasks as they arise and always offer your support to the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Administration or a similar role
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ERP software knowledge is a bonus)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- A can-do attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding results
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working towards common goals
