The Aquatic Academy - Seven Hills is a $6.5 million facility, located in Seven Hills. The facility operates a large Swim School and School Swimming Programs. We have also a large School swimming program and Competitive Squad program that contributes to this pool being very busy 7 days a week!

Royal Life Saving Aquatic Academy is seeking energetic and motivated Swim School Supervisors to;

  • Lead and manage staff
  • Deliver high quality swimming lesson programs as well as School swim & survive and funded programs
  • Communication and problem resolution with customers and key stake holders
  • Daily administration tasks including understanding occupany and customer retention
  • Particpating in staff training sessions and reporting on staff performance.

This position requires a person with a thorough knowledge and understanding of swimming programs ideally with a swimming teaching or coaching background. You will also ensure customers gain the maximum benefit and enjoyment from the services provided by communicating proactively and efficiently. The role will involve a teamwork approach in a busy dynamic working environment.
