About Gridiron NSW: Gridiron NSW (GNSW) is seeking a Part-Time Administrator to support the operational management of our Flag Football League programs for 2025. This role will contribute to the efficient delivery of our leagues and competitions, supporting the growth of Flag Football in New South Wales. Role Overview:
The Part-Time Administrator will provide essential administrative and operational support for our Flag Football Leagues and Competitions. Key responsibilities include coordinating league operations, managing registrations, and assisting with event organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the operational setup and management of the Flag Football League program, including the implementation of systems and procedures.
Coordinate the Flag Football premier league competition, managing game day logistics, team lists, scheduling oUicials, and ground management.
Manage partnerships with third-party organisations for community-based Flag Football leagues.
Administer participant registrations and maintain accurate records for Flag Football Leagues.
Support the administration of coaching and officials certification requirements.
Assist in the organisation of Flag Football recruitment events, such as open days.
Prepare and distribute reports on Flag Football league program operations.
Assist with event coordination, including State Representative League Trial Days for Flag Football.
Manage inbound inquiries related to Flag Football in NSW.
Essential Requirements
Experience in sports administration and event coordination
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Familiarity with registration systems and competition management software (or willingness to learn)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable Criteria
Knowledge of Flag Football and American Football (preferred)
