This role will involve collaborating with committees to ensure effective communication and delivery of educational opportunities that foster growth at all levels. The successful candidate will have prior experience in developing pathways and will support the implementation of these initiatives to enhance the overall development of the sport.

The role is 15 hours per week with flexibility, working remote.

This position may also support the National Operations Manager and CEO in providing support to our State members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pathway Development:

•  Assist in the designing and development of progressive pathways for players, coaches, and officials, ensuring alignment with sport-specific standards and long-term development goals.
• Coordination of learning presentations & modules for tournament officials.

2. Committee Support:

• Work closely with relevant committees to facilitate discussions, provide updates, and support the development of initiatives focused on player, coach, and official development.
• Coordinate the Academy Committee meetings including booking, Minutes, agenda and action item completion.
• Assist in the coordination of meetings, workshops, and events aimed at promoting the pathways and educational opportunities.

3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clubs, States and committees.
• Provide administration support to member States if required and as requested by the CEO or National Operations Manager.
