About the Role:
Reporting to the Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in developing strategies, policies and projects that enhance participation, equity and access across our diverse sport and recreation offerings. With your expertise, you'll lead population-level planning for facilities and services, engage stakeholders, and drive innovation to meet evolving community needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading research, analysis and strategic planning for sport and recreation
- Developing facility provision plans and advocating for inclusive infrastructure
- Building collaborative partnerships with clubs, organisations and government
