Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5-12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Cricket Operations Manager, in this role you will:

• Support the planning, preparing and delivery elite and/or pathways cricket matches
• Provide operational administration of the pathway programs during peak times, including programming, Athlete management system administration and travel
• Assist with equipment movement across all CNSW match and training venues (including apparel and cricket equipment)
• Provide team and squad operational support where required during peak times
• Assist the setup of Cricket Central for key matches or events as required

ABOUT YOU

• Strong organisation skills
• Ability to maintain high levels of attention to detail
• Ability to build strong relationships and deliver great customer service
• Current driver's license
• Experience working in operations or logistics is not essential but highly valued
