With expansion plans underway in Australia, we are looking for a Teamwear Sales Lead to drive brand visibility, partnerships, and growth in one of our most exciting markets.
The Role
This is a remote-based opportunity with future potential preferably for a Sydney or Melbourne office base. As Teamwear Sales Lead - AUS, you will be at the forefront of expanding Shrey’s teamwear business across the Australian market. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with clubs, schools, universities, and sporting associations, especially across winter sports like AFL, rugby, soccer, and netball. You’ll own the end-to-end sales strategy, from identifying leads and managing tenders to converting opportunities and nurturing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the growth of Shrey’s custom teamwear business in Australia with defined sales and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with schools, clubs, academies, and associations.
- Drive customer acquisition in winter and year-round sports, focusing on AFL, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Soccer, Netball, and more.
- Respond to tenders, manage large-scale orders, and ensure timely communication with internal teams.
- Represent Shrey at tournaments, trade shows, and sporting events to strengthen brand presence and uncover opportunities.
- Deliver a premium customer experience by aligning product offerings with client needs and expectations.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Act as a brand ambassador, championing our mission to deliver performance-led, high-quality teamwear.
Ideal Candidate
- The candidate should be based in Australia - preferably Sydney or Melbourne - with an active network in the teamwear or sports apparel industry.
- Proven B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in teamwear, uniforms, or branded sports gear
- Strong communicator with negotiation and stakeholder management expertise
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a remote, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with sporting ecosystems across schools, universities, clubs, and associations
- Passionate about sport (any discipline) and understanding of team dynamics and apparel needs
- Comfortable managing high-value proposals, presentations, and long lead-time sales cycles
- Competent in using CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting systems
- Willingness to travel regionally for business development.
