St Peters Lutheran College is seeking to appoint a Sport Coordinator - Football to join the Sport Department at our Indooroopilly School.

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced candidates for this role who have been involved in Football Administration and/or Coaching. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing students both on and off the field, fostering teamwork, discipline and a positive culture within the football program. The Sport Coordinator effectively and efficiently administers, plans and organises every detail that is required for the preparation and delivery of the College's Football Programs. Performed on a seasonal-basis, the Sport Coordinator - Football will coordinate both the QGSSSA Football (Girls) and AIC Football (Boys) Seasons. This includes pre-seasons for both competitions and any tours/camps that are a part of each season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the respective programs, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Ensure effective administration and communication with respective stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide assistant coaches and student-athletes in their personal and athletic growth.
- Organise and manage practices, competitions, and team events.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Promote and uphold the values of the College.
